The SDM Performance mentorship is an intensive and personalized program designed to help sport scientists, S&C coaches, and fitness professionals take their career to the next level. The program is structured around three main components that provide participants with individualized mentorship, group collaboration, and ongoing support.
The first component is one-to-one calls with a mentor. This provides participants with personalized and individualized mentorship that focuses on their goals, level, and career path. During these calls, participants will have the opportunity to discuss their challenges, receive feedback, and develop strategies to improve their performance.
The second component is group calls. This is an opportunity for participants to collaborate with other professionals and discuss all things related to performance. The final component is the 24-hour forum. This is an online platform where participants can post videos, documents, questions, and other resources related to their development.
